Mint Cacao Smoothie

Mint Cacao Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients — 

1 large handful of fresh spinach (fresh or frozen)

1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk choice) 

5-10 drops of peppermint extract (or a small handful of fresh mint)

1 frozen banana 

medjool dates (pitted)

tablespoons cacao nibs

 

Instructions —

1. Blend the spinach, almond milk and peppermint extract until smooth. Add peppermint drops to your preferred tase. Be sure not to add too many, as it gets minty quickly!

2. Add in the frozen banana and dates and blend on high until you reach a creamy consistency. 

3. Briefly blend in the cacao nibs for some yummy texture. Pour into your vessel of choice and enjoy!
