Can & Tread Well products be returned?
We want you to love your & Tread Well products! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@treadwellnewyork.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened, damaged or used products due to hygiene reasons. Sale items are final sale.

What is the standard shipping time?
We process orders within 72 business hours, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address associated with your purchase. Check your spam folder. Sometimes, important emails can land there.
