Treadwell products consist of botanical bi-products and do not contain any animal derivatives. No Treadwell products are tested on animals.          

Whenever feasible, we have consciously chosen to minimize the use of unnecessary packaging.

Treadwell products are made of entirely natural ingredients, and therefore their benefits will naturally depreciate with time. The shelf life of Treadwell products can be prolonged by storing them in a cool location, out of direct sunlight and securely sealing the caps. For optimal benefits we suggest the products are used within a year of opening.

While Treadwell products are generally considered safe for most individuals, it's important to recognize that natural ingredients may carry allergens, and allergic reactions can occur. If you suspect sensitivity to a product, we recommend applying a small amount and waiting for 24 hours. If you experience redness, itching, or irritation during this time, it may indicate that the product is not right for your skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. We encourage you to thoroughly review the ingredients and usage instructions before making your purchase.

In the event that the product doesn't meet your expectations, please note that we accept returns only for unopened and unused items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned goods and conducting a thorough inspection. Your purchase will be processed within 72 hours Monday-Friday. When your order ships, an email containing a shipping confirmation along with a tracking code will be sent to the email address linked to your order. Be sure to check spam if you have not received the email. Please note that shipments are not dispatched on holidays.
