Do you use fragrance in & Tread Well products?

We absolutely never use synthetic fragrances. Our products may have gentle aromas due to the natural ingredients within. We use low levels of essential oils known for their therapeutic applications for skin.

Our Natural Fragrances and Candles are scented with 100% pure essential oils.

Where do you source your ingredients?

How to store & Tread Well products? How long will they last?

Here at & Tread Well, we want you to think of your skin care like fresh food: ingredients are at their best when fresh and not heavily preserved!

We recommend that our products are used within 12 months of opening and are stored in a cool dry place, out of direct light.

Please note: These products are 100% natural and there may be slight color shifts after opening the bottle or long periods of storage. If you are unsure about a change in color or smell please reach out to us so we can consult on whether the product is suitable for use.

How long will it take before I see a difference in my skin from using & Tread Well?

You may see a difference immediately, as your skin gets a super dose of moisture and nutrients.

But there is also repair work that is happening deep within the skin that may take up to three months so see.

Generally, most people new to the brand will experience increased skin health within a couple of weeks. With improvement of skin conditions within three months.

& Tread Well currently ships to all 50 states throughout the US.

Can & Tread Well products be returned?

We want you to love your & Tread Well products! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@treadwellnewyork.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened, damaged or used products due to hygiene reasons. Sale items are final sale.

What is the standard shipping time?

We process orders within 72 business hours, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address associated with your purchase. Check your spam folder. Sometimes, important emails can land there.
